Whether you'd like us to manage just one property or a large portfolio, our range of property management and service packages can be tailored as required.

•Register the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
•Pay the rent via BACS transfer to your chosen account

•Chase the rent on a regular basis when needed
•Serve all legal notices and sections where needed

•Regular 3 monthly inspections carried out by a member of our management team
•24hr Assistance with any emergencies
•Manage any incoming maintenance and repairs
•Pay contractor invoices
•Negotiate any disputes regarding the release of the deposit at the end of the tenancy
•Arrange tenancy renewal and management
•Carry out any repairs at the end of the tenancy.
